Nikki Navarrete (she/her) is an experienced social worker and the Creative Resilence Lead.
She holds space for our subjects to assert boundaries and reflect on their experiences, helping us design a production that is responsive to their needs.

What do you mean 'trauma-informed'
and what's a 'Creative Resilience Lead'?
We're building Human Centric Media by continuously investing in the the relationship with our subjectsrather than technical complexity, longer scripts or larger crews.
Nikki, our Creative Resilience Lead, utilizes twelve years of social work experience, holding intentional space for our subjects' concerns and sensitive spots, and helping us design a production that is responsive to them.
