Alongside these gorgeous headshots of the 2025 NEW Leadership Oregon cohort, produced in partnership with The Center for Women's Leadership .. here are three things that I revere about feminine leadership:
1) Feminine leaders run towards growth opportunities not just as a matter of survival but because they understand that seeking growth is a universal human experience and part of our communal health — not a weakness to be hidden and avoided.
2) Feminine leaders have better ideas because their innovative thinking is not clouded by an insecure ego, or coddled by a lifetime of privilege. They're carved by a system that pushes them to embrace their own sovereignty and ask how it might lift up others. They understand that we will thrive together.
3) Feminine leaders tap into a millennia-old ecosystem of wisdom, spiritual belonging and camaraderie that, along with being the most powerful support system on the Earth, embraces universal truths about what our lives really mean. Women create fearlessly because it is human nature.
